I build data and AI systems that create clarity, and teach the creativity that unlocks them.

My work sits where finance, data, and software meet. I design large-scale ledgers and reconciliation systems, shape the architecture that holds them together, and build the analytics that make them legible. Lately that has drawn me deep into AI and agentic development, and into helping teams adopt it well.

In both finance and education, the same thing creates value: semantic knowledge, and systems that connect people to their data. From MCPs to context graphs and everything in between, real value comes from being genuinely connected to your data, so it becomes something you can reason with rather than noise.

I've also found that the limit on AI is rarely the tools. It is the imagination to use them well. Teaching creativity as a practical skill has become one of my focus areas, including in the classroom at the University of Utah, and it grew from the same instinct that long led me to make data approachable for people who never expected to write a line of SQL.

Underneath all of it is a straightforward satisfaction: taking a process that once took days and making it take minutes.
